Your Yoga during the Waxing Moon: When practicing your Yoga, or while in your Yoga moments, let your focus be on exploration. Instead on doing the same old practice, perhaps try a few different ones on for size. Choose Yoga that nourishes and energizes you. Seek to feel empowered when you leave the mat.

Don't let your mindfulness practice / meditation practice fall to the wayside. There's a lot of wise & quiet magic in the air during this winter season and I don't want you to miss it. Let's commit to finding a '5 Minute Mindful Sit' each day, for the month of January*.
