Wednesday Postnatal Yoga (4wks)
For: Moms with pre-crawling babes
Dates: January 9, 16, 23, 30
Location: Brookside Wellness Center
A 45 minute class for 'new' moms and pre-crawling babies. This class strives to help moms with babes find a delicious stretch for a recovering post natal body, along with finding their strength and foundation again after being pregnant. Full of heart opening poses and 'child pose push ups', each mom should leave feeling stretched and strengthened - all while having baby near or on the mat. *Women who have had a cesarean section generally start exercising six to eight weeks after their birthing experience. However, you should talk to your doctor before beginning any type of exercise program after giving birth.
